This luxury house is thoughtfully designed on a sloping site. As the terrain rises toward the back of the property, it gradually envelops part of the ground floor, placing it partially underground. This shift in elevation creates a unique spatial configuration, where the first floor reads as both a ground level and an upper floor, depending on the viewpoint.
